Jessica & Mike's Wedding | September 16th, 2017
Kings Mills | Media, Pennsylvania
Bobby and I are always up for travel, especially when it's for a wedding! One of the great things about living in Charm City is that Philadelphia is less than two hours away. Bobby is a native Pennsylvanian and has lots of family and friends in the area. On this particular day, our groom is the brother of Bobby's sister's dear friend, Jacque.
Ah, the wonder of referral based clients. We get to see families again and again, to document the magic for each sibling, cousin, or friend. Next year we will document Samantha, Mike's younger sister's wedding. I can't wait!
But today, all eyes are on Mike and Jessica, who looks stunning with hand-picked wildflowers in her hair. I love a bride that goes out with her family to pick her our wedding flowers. The vibrant bouquets even had succulents! This wedding is filled with DIY details, like antique window frames to display photos of the happy couple. Plus, a delicious homemade cookie bar by the Mother of the Bride. I approve!
The style of this wedding is all about fun, with show-stopping Converse All-Stars for the entire wedding party. Loved it! The groom and his attendants wore custom bow ties and pins featuring their favorite comics. I love to see people get creative in personalizing their wedding attire.
After some romantic photos around Kings Mills, the newlyweds are ready to party and so are the guests! Mr. & Mrs. Cummings made grand entrance, and kicked off a reception that kept rocking all night long.
Congratulations Jess & Mike!!!
