Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority | Photos By Kintz
August - October 2015
Anyone who knows me and Bobby, knows that we love to be outside. We have camped in many National and State Parks across the country. Taking photos outside is one of our favorite things to do. It was an honor to be asked to document 27 of the NOVA Parks for their new website.
We laced up our hiking boots, grabbed some trail mix, and packed plenty of memory cards. Taking these photos was such a peaceful and contemplative experience. Not to mention an opportunity to bring along the pups for some time in the great outdoors! How lucky to spend this summer and fall documenting the beauty, history, and sport of these beautiful parks. It is something I will not forget.
The Northern Virginia Regional Parks are one of the huge perks of living in this area. Ranging from campgrounds with trails, nature sanctuaries, historical mansions, golf courses, and battlefields. Antique mills, wedding venues, botanical gardens, zip lines and water parks! Shooting ranges, mini golf, batting cages, and crew events. There is truly something for everyone.
Growing up, the memory of hiking and camping as a family is something I cherished. I hope that families of today remember how special time spent outdoors can be.
Consider something different for a family day out, consider NOVA Parks!
Thank you NOVA Parks!
