Every once and a while, we don't get to meet a bride and groom until the wedding week. Sometimes it's due to our distance or simply keeping up with the speed of 2015 lifestyles. Luckily, technology allows us to plan a wedding and build a strong relationship with a client, even without meeting face to face. 

When it comes time to finally meet that client, knowing their wedding is merely days away, we always hope they will be (1) good people, (2) that they'll really love each other, and (3) that they'll be up for having fun. Karen and Edwin blew us away, quickly checking all three boxes; not to mention ticking a fourth, killer style! 

We spend some time getting to know each other, and luckily, have historic Glen Echo Park all to ourselves. Bobby and I have a wonderful time with the soon-to-be newlyweds. They keep us smiling and let us have fun playing with the architecture. 

Since then, we have photographed their beautiful wedding, with an amazing mariachi band! Stay tuned on the blog to see it later this fall.
