Rust Manor House | Leesburg, VA

Some wedding venues really capture my heart. Rust Manor House is one of those places where it feels a bit like time stands still. This picturesque historic mansion is nestled in a 68-acre nature sanctuary and I love every wedding we get to shoot here. Megan & Kevin were our first, then Asheleigh & Tom, and now Kelly & Dan. They certainly take the cake for tallest! 

Kelly & Dan have been having a blast together for over 7 years. These adventure nuts live in Utah, where they can often be found doing something very cool and very dangerous. I love their zest for life and knew we would have a blast at their wedding. 

Every detail of the event is so beautiful arranged. Bright colors of purple, lavender, green, and gold burst from the bouquets on each table. Guests enjoy mouth-watering macaroons, a gift from the bride and groom. Brightly colored lanterns light up the tent as the dancing moves into full swing. Before we know it, it's time to send off the happy couple with a flood of bubbles!
